The KBL100H60/3 cable tray is a component of a cable management system designed for the safe and aesthetic routing of electrical and telecommunication cables. Manufactured from steel with a thickness of 0.7 mm, it ensures durability and resistance to mechanical damage. This product is suitable for use in industrial, commercial, and public building installations.

The tray features dimensions of 100 mm width and 60 mm height, with a length of 3 meters. Its usable cross-section of 5800 mm² allows for comfortable placement of a large number of cables. Made from high-quality steel and protected by hot-dip galvanizing, it provides excellent corrosion resistance and long-term performance even under harsh environmental conditions.

Design and Installation

The KBL100H60/3 tray is distinguished by a snap-fit system that enables fast and easy installation without the need for additional connectors. Trays are connected by sliding one into another and securing them with SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws. This design minimizes installation time and ensures the stability of the entire cable route, offering convenience and efficiency for both installers and end users.

Additionally, the tray has a fire resistance rating of E-90, meaning it maintains functionality for 90 minutes during a fire—critical for ensuring the safety of installations and building occupants. The option to manufacture the tray from stainless steel (on request) or to coat it with a RAL lacquer expands its application range and allows customization to meet specific project requirements. The weight of one linear meter of the tray is 1.34 kg, facilitating transportation and installation.
