Its construction features flexible stranded copper conductors, PVC insulation, and a common shield, ensuring reliability and immunity to electromagnetic interference. This cable is particularly suitable for environments with high levels of interference, where precise data transmission is critical.

Construction and Properties

The LiYCY cable offers high flexibility thanks to its flexible stranded copper conductors. The shield, composed of a braid of tinned copper wires, minimizes the impact of external interference on transmitted signals. The outer PVC sheath provides protection against mechanical and chemical influences, as well as moisture resistance. The gray color facilitates easy identification during installation. The shield enables safe operation near devices generating strong electromagnetic fields.

The cable design ensures excellent electrical and mechanical performance. It uses copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², guaranteeing efficient current flow. PVC insulation protects against damage and external factors, while the copper braid shield minimizes interference. The outer PVC sheath further safeguards the cable against moisture and chemicals. The rated voltage is 300V, standard for this type of application. The maximum operating temperature of the conductor reaches 80°C, allowing use in various environmental conditions. The minimum bending radius for fixed installations is 62 mm, facilitating installation even in hard-to-reach locations.
