This vertical emergency roof inlet DN110 is a key element in protecting the building from the effects of heavy rainfall. Its task is to provide additional, gravity-based roof drainage in situations where the main water drainage system is no longer sufficient. This is an ideal solution for roofs with a large surface area, where the risk of overloading the drainage system is increased. The inlet is designed to be installed as an independent system, draining water outside the main roof installation.
Design and functionality
The inlet is characterized by a solid construction made of polypropylene (PP), ensuring durability and resistance to weather conditions. It is equipped with a steel clamping ring, which allows for stable mounting to the roof covering. A key feature is the height-adjustable emergency nozzle – its smooth adjustment in the range of 28-68 mm allows for precise adjustment to the permissible water build-up height, which guarantees optimal drainage efficiency. In addition, a drainage grate with a diameter of 262 mm prevents leaves and other debris from entering the system.
Installation and application
The inlet is designed for socket connections DN110 or compensating sockets of HDPE welded systems. Installation is simple and intuitive, which will be appreciated by both professional installers and people independently performing renovation work.
