Automatic 4P 80A Power Switch – Operates Without Intervention

The device automatically switches between power sources – the grid and the generator – without the need for manual intervention. The built-in motor drive ensures fast and reliable switching in the event of grid voltage loss, while the locking mechanism prevents accidental position changes. This solution is ideal for installations where power continuity is critical – e.g., in data centers, hospitals, ventilation systems, or industrial facilities.

Protection and Installation in Distribution Boards

Compliant with IEC 60947-3 and IEC 60947-6 standards, the switch meets requirements as a main, safety, and maintenance disconnector – allowing safe circuit isolation during servicing. Installation is performed directly in the distribution board, without the need for additional bases or DIN rails. Connections are made via screw terminals – compatible with conductors having a cross-section of 10–25 mm², facilitating installation even in older buildings. The IP20 protection rating on the front panel provides basic protection against contact with live parts.

Durability and Power Under High Loads

The switch is designed for operation at 80 A current and 380–415 V AC voltage. It can withstand a short-time short-circuit current of up to 7 kA for 1 second and can endure short circuits up to 50 kA when used with gl-gG fuses. The rated power at 400 V is 52 kW – sufficient to operate three-phase motors with power up to 36 kW. There are no auxiliary contacts – no additional signaling modules are required, simplifying installation and reducing failure points.
