This black flexible cable JZ-600 3G0.5 AWG20 with a voltage of 1kV is designed for a wide range of applications, both in fixed and flexible installations. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by multi-wire copper conductors (class 5), which provides high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The insulation of the conductors made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and the external coating also made of PVC provide good protection against external factors. The conductors are numbered according to DIN VDE 0293, which facilitates identification during installation and maintenance. In addition, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (in versions with it), increasing the level of safety. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 6.8 mm.

This cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -5°C to +80°C during installation. It is resistant to UV radiation (in the version with a black coating), which allows it to be used outdoors. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. The cable is also resistant to oils and chemicals, making it an ideal choice for industrial environments. It has certificates confirming compliance with safety standards, including UL VW-1 and CSA FT1 – which means its self-extinguishing properties and limited flammability.
