Flexible shielded cable for industrial and control applications

The JZ-600-Y-CY 3G0,75 cable is characterized by twisted copper strands, PVC insulation and a shield made of tinned copper braid. The braid effectively minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is particularly important in control and measurement systems. The strands are numbered for easy identification, and the version with a protective conductor (G) provides additional safety. The flexible design allows for repeated bending without damaging the conductors, making installation easier in tight spaces and dynamic applications.

Construction and properties

• Strands: Multi-wire, flexible, made of bare copper (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295). This ensures good conductivity and flexibility of the cable.
• Insulation: Special PVC TI2 (DIN VDE 0207-363-3 / DIN EN 50363-3), resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage.
• Shield: Braided tinned copper – a key element providing protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC).
• Outer jacket: Made of PVC TM2 (DIN VDE 0207-363-4-1 / DIN EN 50363-4-1), resistant to oils, chemicals and UV radiation (in the case of a black jacket).
• Temperature range: Operation at temperatures from -5°C to +80°C (flexible) and from -40°C to +80°C (stationary).
• Rated voltage: 1000 V (VDE) / 1000 V (UL/CSA).
• Approximate outer diameter: 9 mm – compact size makes installation easier even in limited spaces.
• UV resistance: Provided by the black outer jacket – the cable retains its properties even with prolonged exposure to sunlight.
• Compliance with standards: Meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179.
