Construction and properties

The MEGAFLEX 500 cable is characterized by a solid construction. It is made of multi-wire copper conductors, surrounded by insulation made of a special halogen-free polymer. The strands are twisted in parallel, ensuring easy identification and connection. The cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 strands), increasing safety. The outer jacket made of a halogen-free polymer provides additional protection against mechanical damage, weathering, and the influence of oils and greases.

The cable meets strict European standards (DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11 / DIN EN 50525-3-11) and American standards (UL-Style 20939, UL-Std. 758), guaranteeing its high quality and reliability. In addition, it has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
