This grey, halogen-free MEGAFLEX 500 4G70 cable with a cross-section of 70 mm² is a reliable solution for electrical installations where flexibility, safety and durability are important. The cable is designed for a wide range of applications – from the construction of machines and equipment, through air conditioning systems, to ship structures and renewable energy sources.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction based on stranded copper conductors, which gives it high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The conductors are insulated with a special halogen-free polymer, which minimizes the emission of toxic gases and smoke in the event of a fire – important for the safety of people and equipment. The outer jacket made of the same material additionally protects the cable from external factors. Protective conductors (in versions with a protective conductor) are marked in yellow-green for easy identification.

The cable meets strict European standards (DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11 / DIN EN 50525-3-11) and American standards (UL-Style 20939, UL-Std. 758), which confirms its high quality and reliability. Additionally, it is resistant to oils, UV radiation, hydrolysis and ozone, which guarantees long-term operation even in difficult environmental conditions. The minimum bending radius is 10x the cable diameter for flexible bending and 4x for fixed laying.
