This halogen-free flexible cable MEGAFLEX 500 is a versatile solution for electrical installations where flexibility and safety are required. This cable, with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² and a rated voltage of 500V, is ideal for both stationary and situations where limited movement occurs. The construction with five cores allows for the connection of more receivers.

Construction and properties

The MEGAFLEX 500 cable is characterized by a solid construction designed for durability and reliability. Made of stranded copper cores, it provides good conductivity and flexibility. The core insulation is made of a special halogen-free polymer, which increases safety in the event of a fire – it reduces the release of toxic gases and smoke. The outer jacket is also made of a halogen-free polymer, providing additional protection against external factors.

It is worth noting a number of certificates and standards that confirm the high quality of the product: compliance with DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11 / DIN EN 50525-3-11 and UL-Style 20939 / UL-Std. 758. The cable is resistant to oils, UV radiation and hydrolysis, making it ideal for use in harsh environmental conditions. Additionally, it is ozone resistant and recyclable – which is important from an ecological point of view.
