Flexible cable UNIPUR – reliability in harsh conditions

This brown UNIPUR flexible cable with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² is the ideal solution for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. The construction with polyurethane (PUR) insulation provides long-lasting protection against abrasion, cuts, exposure to oils, water and UV radiation.

Construction and properties

The UNIPUR cable is characterized by a solid construction that guarantees reliable operation even in extreme conditions. It is made of multi-strand, flexible copper wire (class 5), which ensures high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. Insulation with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) provides excellent dielectric properties and chemical resistance. The outer jacket made of PUR TMPU additionally protects the wires from mechanical damage and the effects of atmospheric factors.

• Wide operating temperature range: from -40°C to +90°C – the cable retains its flexibility even at low temperatures, which is crucial in outdoor and industrial applications.
