Construction and properties

The UNIPUR cable stands out with its advanced construction, which guarantees its unique properties. Copper strands twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards ensure good conductivity and flexibility. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) provides resistance to abrasion, cuts and notches. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) additionally protects the cable against the influence of oils, greases, water, weathering and UV radiation. Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties even in extreme temperature conditions – from -40°C to +90°C.

The UNIPUR cable with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² and an outer diameter of 9.8 mm is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 500 V (300 kV U0). It has a green outer coating for easy identification. Thanks to its flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage, it is perfect for applications requiring frequent bending and movement of the cable. It finds application in power tools (drills, saws), gardening equipment, portable motors and agricultural machinery. It is also a good choice for installations on construction sites, in docks and in refrigeration.
