• Conductors: Made of unannealed copper, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295 class 5, BS 6360 class 5 and IEC 60228 class 5 standards. This ensures good conductivity and flexibility.
• Insulation: Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) provides excellent dielectric properties and abrasion resistance.
• Shielding: Effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC) thanks to a screen of tinned copper wires (approx. 85% coverage). This is particularly important in applications sensitive to interference.
• Outer jacket: Durable polyurethane (PUR) protects the cable from mechanical damage, oils, greases, water, climatic changes and UV radiation.
• Flexibility at low temperatures: The cable remains flexible even at -40°C, making it ideal for outdoor and harsh weather applications.
