This shielded flexible cable UNIPUR-CP is the ideal solution for applications requiring high mechanical resistance and flexibility, even at low temperatures. The cable is designed for intensive use in various industrial and domestic environments. Its construction ensures reliable operation and long service life, and the shielding minimizes electromagnetic interference.

Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable is distinguished by carefully selected materials and advanced construction. Copper strands, twisted strands class 5, provide good conductivity and flexibility. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) guarantees resistance to abrasion, oils, water and climate change. A screen made of tinned copper wires effectively reduces electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in sensitive applications. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) provides additional protection against mechanical damage and weathering. The cable is metered for convenient dispensing and installation.

The cable has 5 core wires and one protective wire (depending on the version – G indicates the presence of a protective wire). The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 8.8 mm. Available outer jacket colors include: blue (RAL 5015), green (RAL 6018), brown (RAL 8003), yellow (RAL 1021), red (RAL 3000), orange (RAL 2003), purple (RAL 4005) and gray (RAL 7001/7032).
