Flexible control cable UNIPUR – reliability in harsh conditions

The UNIPUR 5G16 cable is a high-quality, flexible cable with polyurethane (PUR) insulation, designed for applications requiring resistance to abrasion, oils, atmospheric factors and low temperatures. Designed for intensive use, it is suitable for both industrial installations and powering mobile devices. Its construction ensures long-lasting and safe operation in demanding environments.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on multi-wire copper conductors (class 5), which guarantees high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) provides excellent dielectric properties and chemical resistance. The outer jacket made of PUR TMPU further protects the cable from mechanical damage and external factors. This ensures that the cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +90°C.

• Color: Available in purple (RAL 4005), but other colors are available on request.

The conductor cross-section is 16 mm², and the rated voltage U0/U is 450/750 V (up to 1 mm²: 300/500 V). The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 28.1 mm.
