This shielded control cable, manufactured according to DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21 standards, is the ideal solution for demanding applications. It is characterized by exceptional flexibility over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +90°C – making it indispensable in harsh working conditions. A rated voltage of up to 750V (for a cross-section of 1.5 mm²) ensures safety and reliability in various installations.

Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP 25G1,5 cable stands out with its careful construction. Multi-strand, twisted copper conductors are insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), guaranteeing high resistance to mechanical and chemical damage. A screen made of tinned copper wires provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC), and the outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) protects the cable from external factors. This makes the cable resistant to oils, greases, water, climate change, ozone, oxygen and UV radiation. It is also resistant to abrasion and cuts.

This cable is metered and available in yellow. It has 25 conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² and a green-yellow protective conductor. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 23.8 mm. It is worth emphasizing that the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that disrupt painting.
