This shielded UNIPUR-CP control cable is a proposal for professionals and demanding users. This cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21 standards, which guarantees its high quality and safety.

Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable stands out with its advanced construction, which provides it with exceptional properties. Copper strands, made of stranded wire class 5, are insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), which ensures their high flexibility and abrasion resistance. A screen made of tinned copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in industrial environments. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) protects the cable from external factors such as oils, greases, water, ozone and UV radiation.

It is worth noting the wide operating temperature range – from -40°C to +90°C – which allows the cable to be used in extreme conditions. In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. An option with a protective conductor (marked with "G" when ordering) is also available.
