Flexible control cable UNIPUR-CP – reliability in harsh conditions

The UNIPUR-CP cable is a high-quality, shielded control cable designed for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. Made of multi-strand copper conductors, insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) jacket, it provides safe and reliable power transmission over a wide temperature range. This cable is ideal for both professionals and home use, where durability and functionality are important.

Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable stands out with its advanced construction, which guarantees its unique properties. Copper strands are twisted in parallel with an optimal twist pitch, increasing the cable's flexibility. A screen of tinned copper wires provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in industrial applications and automation. The outer jacket made of PUR TMPU provides resistance to oils, greases, water, climate change, ozone, oxygen and UV radiation. Additionally, the cable is resistant to abrasion, cuts and notches.
