Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP 41G1,5 cable is distinguished by its solid construction. Copper strands, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards, ensure excellent electrical conductivity. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) guarantees high resistance to abrasion, cuts and notches. A screen made of tinned copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), and the outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) protects the cable from external factors – oils, greases, water, ozone, UV radiation and climate change. This ensures that the cable retains its properties for a long time, even in difficult operating conditions.

In addition, the cable is resistant to hydrolysis and the action of microorganisms. The materials used in its production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance-free. The flexibility of the cable is maintained even at extremely low temperatures – down to -40°C.
