Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction using high-quality materials. Stranded copper conductors, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) insulation and a polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket provide excellent protection against mechanical damage, weathering and aggressive chemicals. A screen of copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in applications sensitive to interference.

• Conductors: 4 copper conductors, stranded wire class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360, IEC 60228), with a cross-section of 16 mm².
• Insulation: TPE – provides flexibility and abrasion resistance.
• Screen: Braid of copper wires (approx. 85% coverage) – reduces electromagnetic interference.
• Outer jacket: PUR TMPU – resistant to oils, greases, water, climate change, ozone, UV and abrasion.
• Rated voltage: 450/750 V.
• Temperature range: -40°C to +90°C – guarantees operation in extreme conditions.
• Outer diameter: approximately 23.1 mm.
