Flexible cable UNIPUR-CP – durability and reliability in every application

This shielded control cable, manufactured according to DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21 standards, is the ideal solution for both professionals and end users. It is characterized by exceptional flexibility over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +90°C – making it indispensable in demanding working conditions. This cable is designed for durability and resistance to various external factors.

Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable has a multi-wire, flexible copper conductor (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295), insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The cores are twisted in parallel, ensuring optimal twist pitch and minimizing the risk of damage. A screen made of tinned copper wires (approx. 85% coverage) effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), and the outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) provides resistance to oils, greases, water, climate change, ozone, oxygen, UV radiation and microorganisms. Additionally, the cable is resistant to abrasion and cuts.

It is worth noting that the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. The cable is available in green and has four cores with a cross-section of 4 mm². The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 13.8 mm.
