Flexible cable UNIPUR-CP – reliability and durability in every application

This high-quality UNIPUR-CP flexible cable with a cross-section of 4 mm² is designed for demanding applications where reliability, flexibility and resistance to external factors are important. Made of stranded copper conductors, insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and protected with a copper wire screen, it provides safe and efficient power transmission in various conditions. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) guarantees high mechanical and chemical resistance.

Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable stands out with its advanced construction, which combines a number of advantages. Twisted copper conductors in accordance with DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards ensure good conductivity and flexibility. TPE insulation guarantees high resistance to abrasion, tearing and the action of oils, greases and other chemicals. The copper wire screen minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in applications sensitive to interference. The PUR jacket provides protection against mechanical damage, UV radiation and weather conditions.
