Construction and properties

The JZ-500 HMH cable consists of 18 stranded copper cores, with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², insulated with halogen-free TI6 compound. The cores are black with white numerical printing for easy identification. From 3 cores, a yellow-green protective core is also available. The twisted cores are surrounded by a grey (RAL 7001) outer jacket made of halogen-free TM7 compound. This construction provides high cable flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage and weathering.

Application and technical parameters

The JZ-500 HMH cable is used as a measuring, control and control cable in various industries – from mechanical engineering to metallurgy and construction. It is ideal for permanent and occasionally movable installations where high flexibility and resistance to external factors are required. The cable can be used both in dry and humid environments and outdoors. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 10.7 mm and the rated voltage is 500V. The minimum bending radius for flexible laying is 12.5 x the outer diameter of the cable and for fixed laying 4 x the outer diameter of the cable.
