This flexible, halogen-free control cable JZ-500 HMH 4G16 is the ideal solution for use in demanding industrial environments and building installations. The cable is designed with safety and reliability in mind, offering resistance to fire and corrosion. Made from high-quality materials, it ensures long-lasting and efficient operation.

Construction and properties

The cable is constructed in accordance with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/ DIN EN 50525-3-11 standards. Copper strands, twisted in pairs, provide good flexibility and easy installation. The core insulation is made of halogen-free TI6 mixture, which minimizes the emission of toxic gases in case of fire. Black cores are permanently marked with white numbers for easy identification. The cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 cores), located in the outer layer. The outer jacket is made of halogen-free TM7 polymer, which further increases the safety of use.
