Flexible halogen-free control cable – safety and reliability

This shielded control cable JZ-520 HMH-C LS0H is a solution for installations requiring a high level of fire safety, especially in public buildings. The cable is designed for applications in places where large numbers of people gather, such as office buildings, hospitals, schools or stations. Thanks to the use of halogen-free materials, it limits the emission of toxic gases and smoke in the event of a fire, protecting the health and lives of users and minimizing material losses.

The cable is characterized by flexibility and durability, which facilitates installation and ensures long-term reliability. The screen effectively reduces electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing stable transmission of control and measurement signals. Class B2ca confirms its compliance with European safety standards.

Construction and properties

The cable is constructed of multi-wire copper conductors with flexibility class 5, which ensures high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The cores are insulated with halogen-free TI7 polymer mixture, and their identification is carried out in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-308 – black cores with white numbers and a green-yellow protective core (from 3 cores upwards). Twisted layers of cores are surrounded by a polyester foil and a braid of tinned copper wires, which constitutes an effective barrier against electromagnetic interference. The whole is covered with a halogen-free M1 type coating in gray color (RAL 7001).
