This halogen-free, shielded JZ-500 HMH-C 4G25 cable is the ideal solution for demanding installations where flexibility, protection against interference and fire safety are crucial. It is suitable for both stationary and flexible installations – wherever you need a reliable connection.

Construction and properties ensuring durability

The cable is characterized by a solid construction. Made of multi-wire copper strand class 5, it provides high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The cores are insulated with a halogen-free TI6 mixture, which minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire. The screen made of tinned copper wire braid (85% coverage) effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference (EMC), guaranteeing stable signal transmission. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 mixture in gray color (RAL 7001).

The JZ-500 HMH-C 4G25 cable has a cross-section of 25 mm², a rated voltage of 500 V and an outer diameter of approximately 25 mm. The cores are numbered for easy identification. The minimum bending radius is approx. 12.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and approx. 4 x diameter for stationary laying. The coupling resistance does not exceed 250 Ohm/km. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -15°C to +70°C (flexible) and from -40°C to +70°C (stationary). The radiation resistance is up to 100x10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad).
