Construction and properties

The cable is designed for flexibility and durability. Made of stranded copper conductors class 5, insulated with halogen-free TI6 compound, it provides good flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The braided screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) effectively protects against external interference. The outer sheath made of halogen-free TM7 compound guarantees safety in the event of a fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke.

The cores are made of stranded copper class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360, IEC 60228 standards) and insulated with halogen-free TI6 compound (DIN VDE 0207-363-7 / DIN EN 50363-7). The cores are marked with black color with white numbers for easy identification, and the protective core is yellow-green. The screen consists of a braid of tinned copper wires with 85% coverage. The outer sheath is made of halogen-free TM7 compound (DIN VDE 0207-363-8 / DIN EN 50363-8) in black color (RAL 9005). The core cross-section is 4 mm², and the outer diameter is approximately 15.7 mm. The rated voltage of the cable is 1000 V.
