Flexible halogen-free control cable – reliability and safety

This 25-core flexible cable JZ-500 HMH is a solution designed for demanding industrial applications and electrical installations. The cable is characterized by high resistance to fire and chemicals, and its halogen-free construction minimizes the risk of toxic gas formation in the event of a fire. Ideal for use in mechanical engineering, conveyors, building installations, metallurgy and steelworks.

Construction and properties

The cable is designed for durability and flexibility. Made of stranded copper conductors (class 5), insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, it provides reliable conductivity and safe operation. Black cores are numbered for easy identification, and an additional protective conductor (in versions with a yellow-green conductor) increases the level of safety. The outer jacket made of TM7 mixture provides resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage.

Applications and technical parameters

JZ-500 HMH cable is perfect as a measuring, control and control cable. Its construction allows for use in both fixed and mobile installations, but it is not intended for operation subjected to continuous mechanical loads. The cable can be used in dry, wet and humid rooms, also surface-mounted. This cable is distinguished by a conductor cross-section of 0.75 mm², a rated voltage of 500 V and has 25 cores. Its outer diameter is approximately 14.3 mm, and the operating temperature range is from -40°C to +70°C for mobile applications and from -15°C to +70°C for stationary installations. The minimum bending radius is 12.5 x Ø of the cable for flexible bending and 4 x Ø of the cable for fixed laying.
