Flexible cable for chain guides – reliability in motion

This grey m.FLEX 512-PUR 5G0,5 flexible cable is a solution designed for demanding industrial applications where reliability and durability in continuous motion are key. The cable is made of high-quality materials, providing resistance to various external and mechanical factors. It is ideal for machines and equipment where the cable is exposed to bending, twisting and contact with aggressive substances.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction that provides high flexibility and resistance to mechanical loads. It has five copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², insulated with special PP, which provides good protection against short circuits and damage. The conductors are twisted in layers with an optimal pitch, and the whole is surrounded by a durable halogen-free polyurethane (PUR) coating. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 7 mm.

It is worth noting the wide range of permissible operating temperatures – from -40°C to +90°C (flexible) and from -30°C to +80°C during installation. The rated voltage U is 600 V, making it suitable for many industrial applications. In addition, the cable is resistant to oil, UV radiation, ozone, hydrolysis and many other chemicals – which guarantees its long-lasting and trouble-free operation even in difficult environmental conditions.
