The HELUKABEL MULTIFLEX 512-PUR UL/CSA 3G2,5 cable guarantees reliability and durability in applications with continuous movement, such as chain guide systems. Designed for flexibility and resistance to external factors, it is ideal for use in both production machines and equipment, as well as in the oil and gas sector.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-term operation. Made of multi-wire copper conductor class 6 (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228), insulated with special PP, it provides optimal conductivity and flexibility. Stranded wires in layers with an optimal pitch and braiding (from 4 mm²) further increase the mechanical strength of the cable. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) provides resistance to abrasion, cuts, tearing, as well as to oils, chemicals and UV radiation. The gray jacket (RAL 7001) makes it easier to identify the cable in the installation.

The cable meets UL/CSA standards, confirming its safety and compliance with international standards. It is halogen-free, which increases fire safety. It also has a DNV GL certificate.
