This high-quality flexible cable with a cross-section of 6 mm² and five cores is designed for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. Made of halogen-free polyurethane (PUR), it provides safety and durability in demanding industrial conditions.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction based on a multi-strand copper core of class 6, ensuring high flexibility. The core insulation is made of special PP, and the outer jacket of TMPU polyurethane, guaranteeing resistance to abrasion, cuts, tears, and the action of oils, chemicals, and UV radiation. The cores are twisted in layers with an optimal pitch, and from 4 mm² do not have a braid. This ensures that the cable retains its properties even with intensive use.

The cable meets strict UL/CSA standards, confirming its high quality and safety. It is flame retardant (UL VW-1, CSA FT1) and resistant to drilling fluids (NEK TS 606). It is designed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C (after installation) and -30°C to +80°C during installation. The minimum bending radius is 5x the cable diameter for dynamic applications and 3x the cable diameter for static installations.
