This high-quality HELUKABEL MULTIFLEX 512-PUR UL/CSA flexible cable, designed for use in chain guides, is the ideal solution for both professional installers and end users. The cable has UL/CSA certifications, which confirm its compliance with strict safety standards.

Construction and properties

This cable is distinguished by its advanced construction, which provides exceptional flexibility and resistance to external factors. The multi-wire copper conductors, class 6 (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228), are insulated with special PP, which ensures good electrical insulation. The strands twisted in layers with an optimal pitch minimize the risk of interference. The whole is surrounded by a special TMPU polyurethane (PUR), which is characterized by high resistance to abrasion, cuts, tearing and the action of oils, chemicals and UV radiation. The PUR coating is also halogen-free, which increases safety.

The cable is available in gray (RAL 7001) and has seven cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm². The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9 mm. The rated voltage is 600 V, and the permissible operating temperature in flexible operation is -30°C to +90°C, and in stationary operation -40°C to +90°C. The minimum bending radius is 5x the cable diameter during flexible operation and 3x the cable diameter when laid permanently.
