Flexible cable for frequency inverters
This double-shielded 2YSLCYK-J TF-EMV-UV-3PLUS cable is designed for flexible electrical connections, especially in power supply applications for motors controlled by frequency inverters. The cable's construction minimizes electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable and reliable operation of devices. It is suitable for industrial installations where high interference resistance and connection flexibility are required.
Construction and application
This cable is characterized by a symmetrical construction with 3 current-carrying conductors and a PE protective conductor, twisted and placed on the outside. This construction improves electromagnetic compatibility compared to traditional 4-core cables. Made of multi-wire copper conductors with polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, it has double shielding – a braid of aluminum tape and a copper screen – which provides effective protection against interference. The outer jacket is made of polyolefin compound, which guarantees resistance to external factors and long-term operation.
The cable finds application in the automotive, food, packaging, automation, environmental protection industries, as well as in machines and equipment such as pumps, fans, conveyor belts and air conditioning installations. It is ideal for SIMOVERT drives and other applications requiring high reliability and interference resistance. It can be used both in dry, humid rooms and outdoors.
