Flexible cable for use in energy chains and servo systems

This specialized TOPSERV® 113 PUR 4G1,5+2x1,0 cable is designed to operate in demanding conditions, particularly in cable carriers and servo applications. It is characterized by high flexibility and resistance to mechanical, chemical and thermal factors. The construction with a polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket ensures long-term reliability even with intensive use. This cable is ideal for power and control connections in machines and equipment where high flexibility and resistance to loads are required.

Construction and properties

The TOPSERV® 113 PUR cable stands out with its advanced construction, which guarantees its unique properties. Multi-wire copper conductors, class 6 (very flexible), are insulated with polypropylene. The conductors are identified by numbers, which facilitates identification during installation and servicing. An additional screen in the form of a braid of copper wires provides protection against electromagnetic interference. The whole is surrounded by a durable PUR jacket, which is resistant to abrasion, oils, hydrolysis and UV radiation. The cable meets strict safety standards, including halogen-free (EN 50267-2-2) and low flammability (EN 60332-1-2).

• Flexibility: Thanks to the multi-wire class 6 conductors, the cable is exceptionally flexible, making it easy to lay even in tight spaces and dynamic applications.
• Chemical resistance: The PUR jacket provides resistance to mineral oils, greases, coolants and many other chemicals - this is crucial in industrial environments.

User parameters and applications

The TOPSERV® 113 PUR cable with an outer diameter of approximately 11.1 mm and a conductor cross-section of 1.5 mm² is designed to operate at a rated voltage of up to 1000 V. It finds application in robotics, toolmaking and everywhere where high durability and reliability of electrical connections are required. It is particularly recommended for connections between the motor and the frequency converter or controller. Thanks to its construction, this cable also works perfectly in applications related to the transmission of energy and control signals in machines and equipment exposed to frequent movements and mechanical loads. The minimum bending radius is approx. 7.5 x cable diameter for dynamic applications and 4 x cable diameter for static installations.
