Flexible control cable PUR – reliability in harsh conditions

This 2-core flexible OZ-500 PUR cable, with a rated voltage of 500V, is designed for demanding industrial applications. It is characterized by exceptional resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of mineral oils and coolants, making it an ideal choice for use in machinery, construction, rolling mills and other places exposed to intensive use. Its construction provides high flexibility, simplifying and accelerating installation.

Construction and properties

This cable is distinguished by careful workmanship and the use of high-quality materials. The multi-wire copper conductors (class 5) are insulated with special PVC TI2, providing good electrical insulation. The conductors are marked with white numbers for easy identification. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) guarantees resistance to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone, hydrolysis and the action of microorganisms. The coating surface is matte and has low adhesion. Importantly, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.

The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-1/ DIN EN 50525-1 standards and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. This gives you confidence in its safety and reliability.
