This orange, flexible 3G1 cable with polyurethane (PUR) insulation is a versatile solution for applications requiring high mechanical and chemical resistance. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction: stranded copper conductors, insulated with special PVC TI2, surrounded by an inner PVC coating for easy stripping and protected by an outer polyurethane (PUR) coating. This combination of materials guarantees high resistance to abrasion, oils, greases, fuels, weathering and UV radiation. Additionally, the cable is resistant to microorganisms, seawater and rotting. It is worth noting that the materials used do not contain silicone or cadmium, making it safe to use and environmentally friendly. The cable is metered and available with a yellow-green protective conductor (version G) or without it (version x).

The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range: from -40°C to +80°C for stationary operation and from -15°C to +80°C during flexible operation. The outer diameter is approximately 7.6 mm – compact dimensions make it easy to route the cable in tight spaces. The cable has 3 cores, which is a standard configuration for most control and power applications. It exhibits high radiation resistance – up to 100 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad), ensuring durability even under conditions of exposure to UV radiation. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x outer diameter (flexible) or 4 x outer diameter (stationary), making installation easier and minimizing the risk of cable damage during bending.
