This orange PUR-JZ 4G0.75 flexible cable is a versatile solution for applications requiring high mechanical and chemical resistance. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction that guarantees long-lasting and safe operation. Four copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² are twisted in accordance with DIN VDE 0295 class 5, BS 6360 class 5 and IEC 60288 class 5, which ensures their appropriate flexibility and resistance to bending. The insulation made of special PVC TI2 (according to DIN VDE 0207-363-3 / DIN EN 50363-3) protects the conductors from damage and ensures safe use. In addition, the outer polyurethane (PUR) coating provides excellent resistance to abrasion, oils, lubricants, weather conditions and UV radiation. The inner PVC coating facilitates the removal of the outer coating during installation.

This cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C (flexible), making it an ideal choice for applications both indoors and outdoors. The rated voltage U is 500 V, and the test voltage is 3000 V. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying.
