This 7-core flexible cable with polyurethane (PUR) insulation is a robust solution for applications requiring resistance to abrasion, oils and aggressive environments. Construction and properties

The PUR-JZ cable stands out due to its careful construction ensuring long-term operation:

• Cores: stranded copper, providing flexibility and resistance to bending. Class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295 indicates high flexibility of the conductors.

• Core insulation: made of high-quality PVC TI2, resistant to mechanical and chemical damage.

• Outer jacket: polyurethane (PUR), providing excellent protection against abrasion, oils, greases and weathering. The material does not contain silicone or cadmium, which is important for environmental and health protection.

• Protective conductor: available with a yellow-green protective conductor (G) or without it (x).

• Color: orange (RAL 2003) for easy identification.

Additionally, the cable is characterized by:

• High flexibility even at low temperatures (down to -40°C).

• Resistance to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and microorganisms.

• Resistance to seawater and sewage.
