Construction and properties

The JZ-500 HMH cable consists of 12 copper cores with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², twisted according to VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards. Each core is insulated with a halogen-free TI6 mixture, which ensures a high level of fire safety. The cores are black with white numbered printing for easy identification. From the third core, the cable contains a yellow-green protective core. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 mixture in gray (RAL 7001). This construction provides resistance to radiation up to 100 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad) and the absence of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting.
