The JZ-500 HMH 3G1 cable is characterized by a careful construction that guarantees its flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. Copper strands, twisted according to VDE 0295 cl. 5, BS 6360 cl. 5 and IEC 60228 cl. 5 standards, provide excellent electrical conductivity. The core insulation is made of halogen-free TI6 mixture, which minimizes the risk of toxic gas formation in the event of a fire. Black cores are clearly numbered with white digits for easy identification during installation. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 mixture in gray (RAL 7001), which further increases resistance to external factors.

It also meets the requirements for corrosion of fire gases (DIN VDE 0482-754-2) and smoke density (DIN VDE 0482 part 1034-1+2). The minimum bending radius is 4x cable diameter for fixed laying and 12.5x diameter for flexible laying. The rated voltage U is 500V and the core cross-section is 1 mm².
