Construction and application

The TOPSERV 112 PVC cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-term operation. It consists of copper cores of flexibility class 5 (stranded), insulated with PVC or PP material (depending on the cross-section). The power and control cores are arranged in a way that optimizes length and facilitates movement. In addition, the control cores are paired and shielded with a tinned copper braid, which provides high resistance to electromagnetic interference (EMC). The whole is surrounded by a durable outer PVC coating in orange (RAL 2003).

This cable is widely used in fixed and moving connections of servo motors, especially in Lenze, Siemens and Bosch Rexroth systems. Its construction complies with UL AWM Style 2570, CSA AWM and VDE standards, which guarantees safety and reliability.
