Construction and Application

The NEF30LDS/24V-230V lamp is an optical indicator with a diameter of 30 mm, emitting green light. It is designed to indicate the operating status of devices, alert to failures, or inform about processes occurring in the installation. Thanks to a wide range of supply voltages (24V AC/DC – 230V AC), the lamp is compatible with various control systems. The construction with LEDs guarantees high reliability and a long service life, eliminating the need for frequent replacement of the light source. The IP66/67 protection class (above-panel part) provides resistance to dust and water ingress, allowing operation in harsh industrial conditions.

The NEF30LDS lamp is characterized by a solid construction and high technical parameters. The insulation voltage Ui is 500V for lamps and 600V for other elements, and the rated voltage Un is 6V, 12V, 24V or 48V AC/DC and 110V or 230V AC for BA9s bulbs and 24V AC/DC or 230V AC for BA9s LEDs and universal LED modules. The flashing frequency of flashing lamps is from 1.4 to 2.8 Hz and the luminous intensity of bulbs is from 100 to 400 mcd, while for LEDs - up to 1000 mcd. Connection cables should have a cross-section of 0.75 to 1.5 mm² (LY or DY). The maximum panel thickness is 6 mm and the operating temperature is -15°C...+30°C (N/2) or -30°C...+50°C (W/3).

Assembly and Operation

The assembly of the NEF30LDS lamp is simple and intuitive. Just make a hole with a diameter of 30.5 mm in the control panel or device housing, and then secure the lamp with appropriate mounting elements (available separately). Connect the wires according to the electrical diagram provided by the manufacturer – the wires should be stripped to a length of about 9mm. It is recommended to use the lamp in an industrial environment with a degree of pollution not greater than 2 and under a roof to ensure optimal device durability.
