Cable HELUPOWER 1100 RZ1-K – Safety and reliability in every installation

The HELUPOWER 1100 RZ1-K cable is an advanced solution designed for permanent power supply installations, both in residential and public buildings. It is suitable for office buildings, skyscrapers, and facilities with increased safety requirements – buildings with a risk to people (ZL I-V). Its construction and properties allow for use in internal and external installations, in protective conduits, and directly in the ground.

Construction and properties for professionals

This cable is distinguished by carefully selected materials and advanced manufacturing technology. Copper, stranded class 5 conductors ensure good flexibility and reliable connections. XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) insulation guarantees high resistance to mechanical and electrical damage. The core filler is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire. The outer sheath is made of LS0H (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) to minimize the emission of toxic gases and smoke during combustion, which is crucial for protecting health and life. Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation and oil, which extends its lifespan even in harsh operating conditions.

Safety and compliance with standards

The HELUPOWER 1100 RZ1-K cable meets the highest safety standards and has numerous certifications. It complies with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking) and UNE 21123-4:2017 standards. It has a fire reaction class of Cca-s1b, d1, a1 according to EN 50575, which provides effective protection against fire spread. It has passed tests confirming its resistance to flames (IEC 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-3-24), absence of halogen (UNE-EN 60754-1/IEC 60754-1), and corrosiveness of gases produced during combustion (UNE-EN 60754-2/IEC 60754-2).

The operating voltage of the cable is 0.6/1 kV. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +90°C for stationary operation and 0°C to +80°C for flexible operation. The minimum bending radius is 4xØ of the cable for fixed laying and 6xØ of the cable for flexible laying. The cable has a CPR class of Cca-s1b, d1, a1 and its cross-section is 4 x 185 mm². The sheath is made of LS0H (halogen-free) material in green color.

A black sheath option is also available – on request. The cable is metered for easy installation and adaptation to the needs of a specific installation.
