Application and Media

The valve is designed for systems conveying water, oils, and other non-reactive media with carbon steel — such as district heating, air conditioning, water supply, or industrial networks. It is approved for use with fluids of Group 2 in accordance with Directive 97/23/EC. It is not suitable for aggressive media or those containing abrasive particles.

Operating Conditions and Construction

It operates within a temperature range from -20°C to +200°C, at a maximum pressure of 4.0 MPa (40 bar). The flanged construction ensures tightness and stability under high loads — ideal for installations requiring resistance to cyclic pressure variations. The full-bore ball minimizes flow resistance and facilitates cleaning. The mounting handle enables manual operation — the valve can also be supplied with a worm gear actuator or prepared for actuator mounting.

Compliance and Warranty

Compliant with standard PN-EN 12266-1, confirming its reliability in tightness and strength tests. The manufacturer's warranty is 2 years — indicating that the design has been verified for long-term operation under industrial conditions. No special tools are required for installation or maintenance — a standard flange wrench is sufficient.
