Application and Media

The valve is intended for systems conveying water, oils, or other media non-reactive with carbon steel – primarily district heating networks, water supply installations, air conditioning systems, and industrial circuits. It is a reduced-bore flanged ball valve designed for operation with fluids compliant with Group 2 of Directive 97/23/EC.

Construction and Operating Conditions

The valve operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +200°C, with a maximum working pressure from 1.6 to 4.0 MPa (16–40 bar). The flanged connection ensures tightness and stability during installation in larger-diameter pipelines. It is standardly equipped with a handle.

Compliance and Reliability

The product complies with the PN-EN 12266-1 standard concerning valve tightness and strength testing. It holds the ŚZSJ Certificate No. 2/17 and Declaration Number 39/AP – confirming its compliance with current safety requirements for industrial fittings. The warranty period is 2 years.

No additional sealing is required during installation – the flanged design and construction material (carbon steel) ensure durable and safe operation even under cyclic pressure and temperature variations.
