This Category 6A patchcord is a solid connection for modern network installations, both in offices and data centers. It provides stable and fast data transmission, and its construction minimizes interference. It is ideal for connections between servers, switches and other network devices requiring high bandwidth.

Construction and materials

The patchcord is made of high-quality materials, which translates into its reliability and durability. The core of the cable is made of copper (CU), guaranteeing excellent transmission parameters. Additional S/FTP shielding – a combination of foil and braid – effectively reduces electromagnetic interference, ensuring a clean signal. The LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) coating used is an important safety feature – in the event of a fire, it limits the emission of toxic gases and smoke, which is particularly important in enclosed spaces.

Technical specifications and application

The 1-meter cable is terminated with connectors providing a secure connection. The 6 mm diameter cable meets the standards ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173 and ANSI/TIA/EIA-568B, confirming its compliance with applicable standards. The maximum operating frequency of up to 500 MHz allows achieving data transmission speeds up to 10 Gb/s – of course with appropriate network infrastructure. The blue color makes it easier to identify the cable in densely packed rack cabinets or during installation. Awg 27 with 7 x 0.135 mm strands provides adequate flexibility and mechanical strength of the cable.
