This flexible control cable, designated JZ-520 HMH-C LS0H, is a solution designed for demanding installations where fire safety and protection against interference are crucial. This cable combines advanced technical properties with practical application, proving effective in both industrial installations and public buildings. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, designed for optimal performance and safety. Copper conductors, flexible and stranded, provide good flexibility and facilitate installation. Insulation made of a halogen-free polymer mixture minimizes the risk of toxic gas formation in the event of a fire – this is particularly important in buildings with a high density of people. A screen in the form of a braid of copper wires effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), guaranteeing stable signal transmission. Additionally, the cable has an outer sheath made of halogen-free plastic, gray in color (RAL 7001), which facilitates its identification.

The JZ-520 HMH-C LS0H cable is perfect as a control cable in public buildings (office buildings, hospitals, schools) and in industrial installations (machines, conveyor belts). It is particularly recommended for use in places with increased fire safety requirements – i.e. everywhere where the potential threat to human life is high. Thanks to the shielding, it is also suitable for transmitting signals in environments exposed to electromagnetic interference.

• Operating temperature range: Flexible from -15°C to +70°C and stationary from -40°C to +70°C – allows the cable to be used in a wide range of ambient temperatures.
• Operating voltage: 300/500 V – standard voltage for control and measurement installations.
• Minimum bending radius: 12.5 x cable diameter (flexible) or 4 x cable diameter (when laid permanently) – ensures easy installation and laying of the cable without damage.
• Compliance with standards: DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/DIN EN 50525-3-11 and DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 guarantee high quality and safety of the product.
