Socket with grounding and shutters, designed for practical installation and safety

This single socket with grounding and current-carrying channel shutters combines functionality with precise manufacturing. The shutters — protective covers over the plug holes — block access to live parts, significantly reducing the risk of inserting foreign objects, making it especially useful in homes with children. There is no backlighting — this is not an LED socket, but a clean, safe design.

Installation is flush-mount, and the module can be secured either with clips or screws — the choice depends on the box. Self-returning clips with stainless steel springs act like a “spring” — they hold firmly and require no additional pressure during installation. In multi-module boxes, spacer elements on the bridges ensure perfect spacing between modules — no need to worry about misalignment.

Threaded terminals are designed to securely clamp wires — there is no risk of loose connections. Lateral wire exit is not only an aesthetic feature: after mounting the socket in the box, you can verify that the insulation has been properly stripped and that wires are correctly inserted into the terminals. On the back of the base, you’ll find a measuring scale — indicating the recommended insulation stripping length, eliminating errors when preparing wire ends.

The red button on the supply terminal is a simple yet effective identification feature — the installer immediately knows which terminal is phase. During removal, simply press the ergonomic button — the wire pops out without needing to unscrew anything.

Dimensions: 71×71×38 mm. Embedding depth: 24 mm — compatible with standard installation boxes. The socket operates at 250 V and 16 A — standard for household circuits. IP20 protection rating means it is protected against finger contact and objects larger than 12.5 mm in diameter — meeting requirements for indoor use.

Made from white matte plastic — does not reflect light and leaves no fingerprints. Frame is not included in the set — must be ordered separately. This is a Sonata series module, compatible with all frame systems of this series: glass, metal, or wooden.
