Cable unipolar halogen-free, resistant to high temperatures

This flexible unipolar cable HELUTHERM® 145 is designed for demanding applications where temperature resistance and fire safety are key. The cable is characterized by high-quality workmanship and the use of innovative materials, making it a reliable solution for both professional installers and end users. It is an ideal choice for wiring in places exposed to elevated temperatures or requiring special fire-retardant properties.

Construction and application

The cable is made of multi-wire copper conductors (class 5), which ensures flexibility and ease of installation. The insulation made of cross-linked polyolefin copolymer guarantees high resistance to mechanical, chemical and thermal damage. Thanks to the use of halogen-free technology, in the event of a fire, the cable does not emit toxic gases and fumes, which significantly increases evacuation safety. The cable finds wide application in:

• Thermal devices (e.g. furnaces, heaters)
• Electrical machines (thermal class B)
• Electrical distribution boards

The conductor cross-section is 1.5 mm², and the outer diameter is approximately 3.1 mm. The cable is available in dark blue (RAL 5002).
