The 12V 80Ah HPB battery is a maintenance-free power source, created using AGM technology, ideal for applications requiring high reliability and long life. It finds its application in power backup systems, alarm systems, access control and many others. The construction based on AGM technology ensures minimal self-discharge and the ability to work in various temperature conditions. This is a battery that will work in both professional installations and home appliances.

Construction and characteristics

The HPB80-12 battery uses AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) technology, where the electrolyte is absorbed by a glass mat separator. This construction eliminates the risk of electrolyte leakage and also allows the battery to operate in any position. This makes it a safe and convenient solution for installation. These batteries are characterized by high resistance to charge and discharge cycles, which translates into a long service life – up to 5-8 years with proper operation at a temperature of 20°C. In addition, they are approved for air, sea and land transport in accordance with applicable standards (IATA/ICAO Special Provision A67, IMDG Special Provision 238, ADR/RID).
