It is worth noting the operating temperature range – for this model (series 250-400), the fan can handle media at temperatures from -40°C to +40°C. This means it is suitable not only for air-conditioned halls but also for unheated rooms or those subject to large thermal fluctuations, such as greenhouses or breeding facilities (poultry houses, pigsties).

Construction and Materials

The robustness of the device is based on carefully selected materials. The impeller is made of aluminum sheet and has undergone dynamic balancing in accordance with ISO 1940-1 standard. This minimizes vibrations during operation, resulting in lower noise levels and longer bearing life. The housing, made of steel sheet, is protected against corrosion by cathodic painting (primer) and polyester coating. Such a solution ensures resistance to moisture and aggressive atmospheric factors present in industrial environments. All fastening elements are made of stainless steel, eliminating the risk of rusting at critical mounting points.

The electric motor is a three-phase asynchronous unit (400V supply), which is standard for devices of this capacity in professional installations. The IP 54 protection rating guarantees safe operation in the presence of dust and water splashes, while insulation class F allows operation at elevated winding temperatures. The fan also features a junction box mounted directly on the housing, simplifying electrical installation for installers.

Operational Benefits and Control Options

The device offers flexibility in motor control. For three-phase models, frequency control via a variable frequency drive (VFD) is possible (for this model, a 0.4 kW VFD is recommended), allowing precise adjustment of capacity to current ventilation needs without the need for continuous starting and stopping of the unit. Voltage control is also possible (with certain exceptions depending on the specific motor type), providing additional options for energy consumption optimization.

Thanks to the use of an aluminum impeller and precise balancing, the fan achieves high efficiency with a relatively low noise level of approximately 51 dB(A) at maximum capacity.
